Licensed automation for AutoCount, WhatsApp and the systems around them.
aiBridge is the commercial front door to three products from Credential IT Services Sdn Bhd: a bridge that opens your AutoCount company database safely, a support console that turns WhatsApp traffic into structured knowledge, and a read-only gateway priced by volume. One vendor-hosted licence service issues every licence, and every release comes down the same authenticated channel.
The platform in three parts
Two components run on your premises; one is operated by us. Nothing but licensing metadata travels between them.
Licence & release service
Issues each installation its PID and install token, records the rights and expiry, verifies every check-in, and publishes product releases for download.
AutoCount bridge
A local, authenticated API in front of your AutoCount company database: controlled reads over SQL, document creation through AutoCount's own engine, native PDFs.
Support console
WhatsApp call and chat records, AI FAQ and ticket analysis, email classification, agent performance and scheduled backups - all stored on your own premises.

Licensing in one minute
- One PID per company and product. Stable, readable over the phone, issued at activation.
- An install token that never leaves the installation. Issued once, never displayed in any screen.
- 365-day trial starting at the first activation check-in.
- Check-in every 7 days. Rights and expiry are issued and signed by the licence service.
- Offline tolerant by design. A built-in allowance keeps the product running when the licence service cannot be reached, so licensing never becomes a business outage.
- States: trial, active, bought out (perpetual), expired (sign-in only), suspended.
Upgrades you can plan around
- Releases come from the same authenticated licence channel - no public download links.
- One release at a time. A release may only be applied to the exact version it was built on; out-of-order and incomplete upgrade paths are refused rather than attempted.
- Checksums end to end: the package and every file inside it.
- Backup first, health-check after, rollback automatically if the new build does not come up.
- The agent contract travels with the product, so what an assistant may do always matches the version you run.
Where your data lives
Stays on your premises
AutoCount records, chat content and media, email, customers, agents, reports and backups. Business data never leaves your site.
Shared with the licence service
Licence metadata only: PID, the company name you supplied, product and version, check-in time and source IP - plus the billing profile, and only if you submit it for invoicing.
Common questions
What happens if our internet is down?
Nothing stops. Each product carries a built-in allowance and a check-in can only ever extend what you already hold. Licensing is never the reason your business stops.
What happens at expiry?
The product drops to sign-in only, and the licence page still works so you can see the reason and contact us. Renewal takes effect at the next check-in.
Can we reinstall or move servers?
Yes. The installation can request its own token again at activation; the licence and its PID stay the same.
How is installation charged?
A one-time fee per product, covering setup, connection to AutoCount or the WhatsApp channel, licence activation and go-live checks.
